1. reciprocity ring exercise


2. Closing exercises
a) take a big yarn. everyone should stand in circles. we say something about someone and throw the yarn at them. if all peole keep doing it, it will be a circle where everyone is tied to everyone

b) take post-it notes. let everyone write something that they spoke about or liked or memorable and stick on their backs. ask few people to read it loud.




3. Introduction exercieses
a) write two truths and 1 lie about yourself on a paper. the speaker will read it loud and group has to guess which one is lie. tried it at mckinsey

b) you tell three stories at work about yourself or 1 story. then the listener has to find 3 adjectives about you.  i did it with eagan at mckinsey and shared my reuimbursement story

4. introduction at dinner table
thank the host; think why are u invited, try to share a stiry with the host
tell about yourself that shows strengths (competencies) and warmth and commitemnt.
